Stack v3 is a massive upgrade to Stack, and changes how it works considerably. If you have no idea what Stack is, please check the website!

Stack is now a full icon on SpringBoard, and you can drag it about as you wish, to reposition it. You are given four Stacks on first install, they all work independently. There is currently no automatic way to make/remove Stacks.

Stack v3 is an alpha, so expect it to be buggy! You will see some drawing issues, like incorrect positioning and animations. Please do not install this if you're not prepared for a buggy experience!

Let me know if you like it, and please feel free to talk about it on the web, show screenshots, etc. But please do not share this build with anyone; because of its massively prerelease nature it would be harmful to let it out into the public domain (as it's so unfinished).

New in Alpha 2:
• Multiple Stacks
• Dimming of screen when opening a Stack
• Reflective Dock support
• Support for iTunes 9's App Management
• Stack Update Notifications (notification when there's a new version available)
• New Grid View animations (temporary)
• Stacks are findable/openable using Spotlight
• Badge Support - currently disabled while I try and fix some issues
• The Stack image (both the open and closed Stack) are now per-Stack (you can theme different Stacks to have different icons)

Important Notes:
• This version of Stack is for iPhone OS 3.0 and above only
• Requires a jailbroken device (duh)
• Stack v3 requires a command-line (SSH) based install. It can, however, be uninstalled via Cydia/Icy or using the command-line

Known Issues:
• This current alpha of Stack has problems if the Stacks are not on your first page of icons; try not to do that for now
• No way to add/remove Stacks except manually (each stack has a corresponding .app in the Applications folder on your device)
• Calendar icon doesn't update at midnight
• Some icon badges display incorrectly
• Cannot place bookmark icons in the Stack
• ReflectiveDock and iTunes App Management will only show the generic Stack icon
• Some of the icon modes have incorrectly positioned icons (Cascade works best) -> should be mostly (totally?) fixed now
• Renaming a Stack requires a reboot of SpringBoard, potentially quitting any background apps
• Stacks will be named oddly until you've manually renamed them - will fix in update
• CyDelete will cause Stack to crash; make sure to disable it first -> I have since fixed the CyDelete problem; make sure to update and get the latest version of Stack.
• SupremePreferences or similar plugins prevent the Stack settings from showing in the Settings app

Steve, I would just like to express my thanks to you for creating this wonderful app!
It's such a great little resource with so much potential.
I just got mine yesterday and I doubt I will ever be able use my iphone again without having this on it!
Looking forward to all the new releases and updates to this great product. Keep up the good work.
